PROFESSIONAL WIND QUINTET COMES TO BUDE

Bude Music Society is delighted that one of the country’s premier wind quintets is coming to Bude to give

a recital at St Martin’s Church, Killerton Road, EX23 8EL, on Sunday 16th March at 3pm.

The Aurora Ensemble (flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn and bassoon) has performed at UK’s major recital venues and festivals, and on BBC Radio 3, with outstanding reviews that praise the ensemble’s polish and precision, energy and enthusiasm, and fine phrasing. The programme will include the tuneful Nielsen Quintet Op.43, and the lovely Mozart Fantasie in F minor, KV.594. Admission at the door £12, full-time students free.
